NETS is The X Collective’s
(XCO) first partner to harness the capabilities of WINK+ GO, to reach out to
and reward motorists. WINK+ GO is the latest feature of the WINK+ app, a CRM
programme that rewards commuters, and now, motorists. The app was launched in
2016 by XCO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT Commercial.
The XCO and NETS partnership
brings together an enhanced feature in the app, WINK+ GO, and a new payment
product – the NETS Contactless CashCard, to jointly offer Singaporeans an
attractive solution for earning and redeeming reward points. Be it for travels
via SMRT’s public transport network or on the roads when passing through
operational ERP gantries, XCO and NETS have levelled up with enhancements to
their respective products for this innovative collaboration.

About WINK+ GO & NETS
Motorists can earn WINK+
points with WINK+ GO when passing through operational ERP gantries and with
their NETS Contactless CashCard or NETS FlashPay card. WINK+ points can then be
redeemed for rewards at participating F&B and retail outlets, and soon for
top-ups* made to NETS Contactless CashCard and FlashPay cards.
WINK+ is also the platform
for motorists to participate in the “Use & Win With NETS Contactless
CashCard” Lucky Draw. After registering their NETS Contactless Cashcard on
WINK+, motorists will accumulate Lucky Draw chances through ERP and carpark
transactions. More than 100 motorists will win monthly prizes such as WINK+
points, fuel vouchers, insurance vouchers and even a new Citroen C3 Aircross
Compact SUV in the Grand Draw at the end of the contest. Details can be

The WINK+ app is free to
download. Since its launch in February 2016, more than 75,000 have downloaded
the app and earned points through their everyday commute by SMRT trains and
buses. Users earn more points by scanning WINK+ QR codes found in the SMRT
transport network. Popular rewards that have been redeemed by commuters include
movie tickets, coffee, croissants and even
onsen spa sessions from over 280 participating
WINK+ retailers and partners.
For businesses, the WINK+
app packs many features to drive immediate returns and measurements. In 2017,
XCO launched WINK+ Play which is an app feature that allows brands to create
short on-the-go surveys. Brands can use the research platform to quickly gather
consumers’ opinions and easily measure ROI for their campaign through our
partnership with Nielsen.
